W7: If I had a choice...

When I was a child, there was a stray dog that always stayed outside my house named Melon. I wasn't exactly the owner of the melon, although it stayed outside my house every day and night. I will give her food and a blanket and also play with her. Melon will sometimes disappear, and I won't be able to find her outside of my house, but I'm not worried about it because I can easily find her by walking around the neighbourhood or she will return on her own. At that time I wished to have a dog and I kept begging my parents but they did not agree, saying that it was too dirty to have a dog and even if I had one, there was no extra space for it at home. I felt sad because I could only play with Melon to relieve my boredom everyday. One day, a loud bang startled me. I ran quickly to the outside to check what was going on, and I saw Melon fall into a pool of blood. The car who bang Melon had driven away. People were coming over to look; I was frozen, and it took me a while to come

W1: Who am I?

Who am I?

Well it took me awhile to figure out this question... 

Hii I am Renee, you can call me 're-nay' or 'nay'. Pink is my favourite colour and my favourite character is Melody. My MBTI is INFP which stands for INTROVERT - INTUITIVE - FEELING - PERCEIVING. Yea I am an introverted person but once I got to know you, I could be a very outgoing person. I'm an empath, I worry about how other think about me, I cry when others cry, I overthink, but I might be a good listener.

Basketball is my favourite among all sports. I've been playing basketball since I was 12 years old. I joined basketball school team when I was 13 years old in high school. I would like to say thanks to my favourite coach - AH SHERN so that I learnt how to dribble, pass and shoot the ball in the correct way. I joined a lot of competition during high school and I really enjoyed it. My favourite team is the Warriors and my favourite player is Stephen Curry because he has good skills.  Basketball is a sport that I can burn and work my whole body, it is very addicting and makes me want to play more and more of it. Words can't describe how much I love basketball 😭❤️ Besides, I love going to gym too, but my purpose for going to gym is not losing weight. I can say, going to gym is one of the best decisions I've ever made. It gives me a sense of achievement, a very mysterious feeling. I can't tell you why, just go to the gym now and experience by yourself, I'm sure you won't regret it!


I started my studies in UTAR one year ago. I'm from Bachelor of Architecture and I just did programme transfer to Graphic Design and Multimedia and I wouldn't say I wasted 1 year in architecture because I learned a lot of things in my archi life and I know a bunch of good friends there. I miss all those days we stayed overnight in the studio together, go for site visit, feeling down for our assignments HAHA... I wish I could know more new friends in Graphic Design and wish me good luck in my new journey! 


Other than that, I love filming and video editing. I posted my first video on youtube in Nov 3, 2020 just for fun and it hits 10k views unexpectedly in just one week! I started to post more and more videos on my youtube channel and today, I have been posting videos on youtube for almost two years already, I gained a total 38k subscribers on my youtube channel! I started receiving sponsorships in my videos and also got monetised on youtube! It may sounds great to have monetised on youtube but youtube will always be a sideline occupation in the future because I don't think youtube is a stable job.
